Various postpartum contraceptive methods were used by the women These included oral contraceptive pills (pills), injectables, implants, male condoms, female sterilization, lactational amenorrhoea method (LAM), periodic abstinence and withdrawal method. Of all these methods, the ones that were used by most women were the male condom (33.8%), injectables (30.3%) and the oral contraceptive pills. The least used methods were the withdrawal (2.1%) and lactational amenorrhoea (2.1%) methods
