NET acetate may be given daily for 5 to 10âdays to produce secretory transformation of an endometrium. Withdrawal bleeding usually occurs within three to seven days after discontinuing. Patients with chronic abnormal uterine bleeding can be treated with a daily dose of 2.5 to 15âmg/day of NET acetate can be continued for 6 to 9âmonths. Some breakthrough bleeding generally occurs. |
